“Wind In The Willow”
On Wednesday the 24th of February, Grade 5 A and 5 B attempted a formative assessment on the genres of literature being part of the current unit on Literature. They performed on a fiction text while showing their understanding of the genre of drama and the characterization and language of the text they learned about, through audio and video of the same. The class was divided into two groups with 9 characters, stage directions, dialogues and acts. It was a proud moment for us teachers to see the students in their get-ups and immersed fully into their characters while maintaining the tone,voice, body language and gestures of each character. Grade 5 has come a long way and deserves a lot of appreciation.
Grade 5 is all geared up for the Exhibition!!!!!
Students have started sharing their ideas, passions and perspective with their mentors and show enthusiasm after their meetings when return. They will rock!!! Thanks to all the experienced and dedicated mentors for their time, commitment and support!
